The Oak Park Conservatory is a spectacular site for hosting smaller events in a unique setting. 

The Conservatory showrooms, Rubinstein Community Room, Rubinstein Memorial Garden, and other spaces within the facility are available to rent. In the outdoor season, we offer a beautiful garden patio space that can accommodate a large tent.

Rubinstein Community Room

Private use of Rubinstein Room with view of the Rubinstein Garden.

• Capacity: 50 people seated, 85 people for open house/cocktail reception

Greenhouse Showrooms

Private use of historic Mediterranean Room, Tropical Room, and Desert Room.

• Availability: Year-round, 4:00-8:00P
• Capacity: Standing room only (no tables, chairs, food/beverages)

Garden Package

Private use of Rubinstein Room and Garden. High peak 20×20 tent included in season.

• Availability: In-season (April-October), 8:00A-11:00P
• Capacity: 90 people seated, 85-100 people for open house/cocktail reception

Conservatory Package

Private use of Rubinstein Room, grand lobby, three showrooms, and garden (in-season).

• Availability: Year-round, 8:00A-11:00P
• Capacity: 90 people seated (in-season), 50 people seated (out-of-season), 85-100 people for open house/cocktail reception
